A New Developmental Stage Will Begin For All Mankind
and For All Who Exist Upon This Plane
Coming into the fold. One by one, we are all stepping forward. In light of this, we will join you in your
efforts and assist you further in your personal development and in setting
things straight for you. With this new personal
development occurring, there will be new growth; with this new growth will come
a new way of seeing things as they are and a new way of being. With this new way of being, a new
developmental stage will begin for all of mankind and for all who exist upon
this plane.

come to fruition. It is with great hope
that you will accept that which we speak.
It is with great hope that you move forward in such a way that you bring
forth the New Age of Consciousness. And
it is with great hope that you are willing to embrace the final result

which you have created for yourselves; a new world and an entirely new

existing, an entirely new way of being.
It is with great hope that you accept this treaty. A treaty based in
Love of all mankind and all
sentient beings upon this plane and in the Higher Realms Of All
