There are many who are experiencing a transformation of sorts, literally moving from one spectrum into another.  In order for this to occur, certain metabolic changes must occur which will cause shifts in consciousness; mental stability will come into question as well as physical and emotional changes.  Many will feel confused, body aches and experience emotional upheavals; this will occur back-to-back, almost non-stop.  You are all being pushed to move forward into the new and unknown.  When you reach a certain level or criteria things will pause for a moment or too, allowing you to rest for a moment, analyze things, offering you a moment to gather yourself, develop courage to make the necessary changes and then you will be pushed once again to move forward in your personal evolutionary processes.  This will happen a few times and then a long pause, allowing others to catch up and allowing all to rest.

Those who were in the first wave of development and have made the necessary beneficial changes will begin to move forward once again, all while holding a particular frequency and light to allow others to step forward upon their path to further their evolutionary processes; all in the name of love.  Mother Earth will support you in your endeavors, as well the Universe and All That Is.  You are not alone in this process, there are a great many who will be and are currently walking this path.  Your Higher Aspect is with you, the Angels or Light Beings walk with you as well.

There is a great power being invoked upon this plane, there is a great shaking going on, in order to awaken the sleeper further; you.  Many are leaving this plane of existence for another and for good reason.  Do not become saddened because they have left, it is their time and it is by no mistake.  They are to serve the higher purpose from the Higher Realms of existence; they are what you would call the foot solders of the Higher Realms.  Life is eternal from our perspective, for some on your plane it is finite; this is but an illusion; All Life Is Eternal, it simply shifts form.  There is no loss of consciousness, only the physical form; what and whom you think you are is but an illusion, you are far, far more than your physical aspect; far more.
