These new frequencies carry a higher

It is so rapid you may ask yourselves, where did the day go? Has it
been that long already? Oh my, where did the time go? This is because
time as you see it, has
hastened itself. What once took a good
while to happen or unfold, now takes a much, much shorter time; that
which you
most thought of, your desired dreams being met, unfolds within a much
shorter
time. It is important that you pay
attention to the things you focus upon because, it will manifest before
your
very eyes within a very short span of time by your standards and will
increase
with its rapid deployment of fruition as more light penetrates this
plane of existence. So, it would behoove you to focus upon those
things that bring you joy instead of sadness.
You create your reality and your
experiences from your thoughts, be mindful of them. If you feel unhappy or less than joyful with
what you’ve created for yourselves being reflected back to you, then think
again of a more joyful outcome; no matter what your current experience is. Whatever is your prevailing thought,
accompanied with feeling, is the fruit you will bare or the experience you will
encounter; why? You asked for it with
your repetitive thought forms. You will
know what your prevailing thoughts are by what you are experiencing. If you don’t like what you’re experiencing,
change your thoughts for the better, change your thoughts for another
experience and hold that thought until it comes to fruition. When it comes to fruition and you feel it
needs a bit more tweaking, then tweak your thoughts; hold on to the new thought
form until it presents itself to you.
This is pretty much how things work here on Planet Earth and with more
healing light hitting the planet, it works even faster; so mind your thoughts.
We are assisting you with this evolutionary
and revolutionary process. All you need
do is ask for clarity concerning a situation and wait for the insight to unfold,
a feeling to do something or the feeling to be still; when the insight to do
something presents itself, take action and do it! Be patient with yourselves, trust yourselves,

Bringing Home The Bacon. In this current climate of great change, there
is also great opportunity for growth. In
this world of illusion, the magician is raising its veil and showing you what’s
really there under his sleeves; he can fool you no more. We are here to announce a new beginning of
sorts, a fresh start, as it were. Coming
around the bend is a Horn Of Plenty. It
will shake more than enough food for all to share in, there will be no more
lack of food to share because, the reality is there never was a lack. In fact, there was always more than enough
for all who reside upon these planes.
There are those among you who would
have you think there isn’t enough food to go around, in the hopes that you
would buy into purchasing foods containing substandard qualities in order to
profit big in the food for business industry.
This method of making a profit at the expense of human health and lives
will soon come to a screeching halt.
This idea of making a living at the expense of human life and life as a
whole will turn on itself shortly. There
is a change coming that will alter this practice indefinitely.
There is a new wave of consciousness hitting this
planet, that will allow the shadow to be lifted and the light to shine in; the
light is shining now and grows with each passing moment. The poisons and toxins on this planet will be
lifted, removed, so that you may consume vegetation good for the mind, body

In the beginning we gave you
instructions as how to be, what would be and how not to take life here on these
planes not too seriously; we’ve even provided you with a map with which to
navigate. Although you may have
forgotten these tools we’ve provided you with, not to worry; you still have
these tools at your avail. All you need
do is to be still for a moment or two, quite the mind and listen to the gentle,
quiet voice inside that whispers to you or the feeling that whispers to you;
trust that feeling, it is here to guide you; it is your navigating tool.
It would also be advantageous to clear
your energy centers or chakras on a daily basis and meditate to center yourself;
as well, to have at your avail foods that support your overall health. Processed foods do not serve you; they only
clog your systems and serve no value except to hinder your growth and overall
health. We highly suggest eating raw
foods, lightly warmed foods and whole foods.
Although they are not completely free of harmful chemicals and contagions,
they are far better than those foods containing genetically modified organisms,
chemically altered components and other toxins.
Chemically induced or altered foods only serve to cloud the mind and
cause havoc within and to the body; causing the mind to cloud and the body to dysfunction.
It is also important to take time for
yourself, some quiet time, some solitude time to quiet the mind and center
yourselves. We do not speak of your
sleep time, although this is most important.
We speak of a rest period of 30 min. or so each day to collect, gather
and stabilize yourself, to touch base with yourself; the inner portion of
yourself that knows best. About your
sleep period, it may be best to get at least 6 hours of solid undisturbed sleep;
this will do wonders for your wakeful state.
Physical active movement is a
requirement for the physical body to function at optimum. It need not be strenuous but, breaking a
sweat won’t hurt. Yoga, Ti-Chi, Martial
Arts, Dancing, Warm-Ups, Stretching, Aerobics, Brisk Walking are all tools that
will benefit you greatly. Using any one
of these or better yet a combination of most or all will assist in providing
your body and mind the much necessary oxygen it needs and more. Communing with nature, a walk in the
woods/forest, by the lake/sea shore helps to sooth the mind, body and soul; as
well, open up communications with the inner or deeper portion of yourself and
allow insights to flow.
We ask that you to do these offered suggestions as a
portion of how to function upon these plains; to provide for yourself a more
balanced mind, body, soul and life.

Profound changes are about to unfold;
brace yourselves for the ride. For some
the ride may be a bit bumpy and for others a smoother transition into
wholeness. These changes unfolding will
be for the betterment of all concerned.
It is without a doubt that you will encounter greatness once you uncover
the fault that lays hidden deep within yourselves that is constantly being
reflected outside yourselves, as you sit in a state of perplexity wondering why
certain things are happening to you and why you yourself can’t seem to figure
out how it’s being generated; although from time to time, you will blame
something outside yourself for its cause.
We are here to say, you have had a
large hand in creating your current circumstance mostly unbeknownst to
you. In other words, you were and are
pretty much unconscious concerning certain matters; this is about to change. As time and events unfold in your personal
lives, you will begin to come to an understanding as to how you created such a
matter or situation in your lives. You
will also come to understand how to resolve the issue, easily and effortlessly
and in the best way possible. Now, this
is not to say you will not have any challenges; as a matter of fact, most of
you will. You will be challenging yourselves
to be the best self possible upon this Earth.
This will require your stepping up to the plate and doing what is
correct; this may be a rough patch for some, as they have let things go
unchecked for a very long time. They
have been governed by fear; this fear will soon fade away as you develop more
and more clarity about yourselves and your higher purpose in life. Again we shall say as we have stated before
in previous communications, the key is to go within and to check with that
Higher Aspect of yourself, who is deeply connected to what you call God, Goddess,
Higher Power, All That Is.
For those of you who think along the pattern of
science, you can bring about change by analyzing what has worked for you in the
past and what has not. We can even say
you have unknowingly worked greatly with your intuition in deducing
matters. For although you may feel logic
was the primary source for your encountering a new found result, your logic was
inspired by your intuitive knowledge or within the dream state. Some may argue this point until it is proven
and that is okay. We will say continue
to do so although, valuable time may be wasted in coming to the conclusion that
there is an aspect of yourself that you tap into which has absolutely nothing
to do with logic; as events unfold before your very eyes that dictate the
obvious conclusion. You throw up your
hands and come to the conclusion that life as you know it and the things you thought
were is no longer valid, a new unforeseen development has taken place; it has
decided to make itself known to you.
That which you search for so deeply, presents itself in such a unique way
that it will cause you to ponder deeply and to throw out much previous information
for the new information that has presented itself to you; consciousness.

It has come to our attention in order
to make things correct, for more harmony to flow within and without your sphere
of consciousness, there must be necessary adjustments made in order to benefit
all societies, groups and clusters; layers within layers, within layers, within
layers, within layers, within layers, as a whole. This new paradigm of consciousness will begin
momentarily; you will begin to notice new thoughts or insights and feelings
within your mind and body. These new insights
and feelings will capture your attention in such a way that you will begin to
assess matters differently, from a wider angle or perspective. You will be able to see deeper into the
subject matter of anything you encounter and handle it differently than you
would have in the past. You will know
the repercussions of your actions, you will come to know and understand why you
have brought certain events or situations into your personal lives and
understand how you generated such an event or circumstance into your lives; as
well how to resolve the issue(s).
This Higher Consciousness, if not
resisted, would benefit you greatly. Do
not concern yourselves with the past at this moment, only concentrate on what’s
before you in this present moment and what this present moment is showing or
telling you and move forward from this present moment. To access the solution to any current challenge
you may be encountering, become still and simply ask yourself, “How do I
resolve this issue?” or “What’s the best possible way to resolve this issue?”;
then you are to wait for an insight, for it will indeed come forward or some
event will occur allowing you the insight needed. Whether you are observing this event unfold
in someone else or your life directly, you will understand how to move forward;
be open and observant of all around you.
It is most important that you be
patient with waiting for a solution to present itself and to be patient with yourself;
for the solution will indeed come.
Sometimes there may be a slight pause for the solution to present itself,
as things are lining up in your behalf to have the best possible outcome. Keep in mind this is a new way of being for
you and may take a bit of practice on your part. Eventually it will become second nature to
you, be patient with yourself; you are in a state of development.
There are those of you who are already experiencing
this new set of consciousness and have been for a while, there are some of you
who have been experiencing this for a short while, those of you that are just beginning
to experience this and those of you that will shortly. In the greater scheme of things, all will be
