the inside out requires your going inside and tuning into your feeling
center. What is it that you would love to do? What is your true
drive? If money or life circumstance wasn't an issue, what would you do
to sustain yourself joyfully? Creating from the inside out - Going
inside is a way to connect with your Divine Self, the God/Goddess or
Light within that will provide you with the perfect guidance system.
You can still do whatever it is that you're currently doing to sustain
yourself, all the while implementing a new way to do the things that
bring you joy. This will allow you to sustain yourself even further
with absolute joy thereby, relieving unhealthy stress levels that come
from not fulfilling the need to produce a more joyful life for
yourself. As you work on or play with whatever it is that you love to
do, you will find that you'll gradually spend more and more time with
it, fulfilling your inner desire to be expressed externally and
joyfully. This will as well assist in producing a more healthy you, a
more glowing you!
