To unite one’s heart and mind is to bring about change. Uniting forces empties the respiratory system
of any negative or adverse reactions to the chemical components that were
ingested long ago. To bring about change
one needs to incorporate soulful thinking and feeling, to the point of your
ingesting a new form of Helix pertaining to the frequencies that are now being
inlaid upon these planes. The
frequencies that are now prevailing and pervading your consciousness is causing
great confusion. With the New Light Frequencies now penetrating these planes, it
will have a healing effect upon your psyche. Birthing forth a New Consciousness, a New Way
Of Being and Doing Things; A New World Order of Light & Sound will soon be
upon you all.
Gabriel blows his horn, ripping to shreds the tapestry of
confusion, deception and false illusions.
Great new things are upon you, a new beginning of sorts. We will be birthing a new nation under divine
auspices; praise be. Anoint yourselves
in the Light; breathtaking views can be had in your mind’s eye. We are now bringing you about, turning you
around, so that you may come to know yourselves on a deeper level; who you
truly are--Beings of Light encased in human form. This body that you call you or yourself, is
not all of who you are; it is but a smidgen, an aspect of yourself, a drop in
the bucket of eternal life. For you are
much, much more than that, more than what you can wrap your mind around.
You have borrowed Earth’s elements, so that your spirit
or essence can function here. This bodysuit
that you are walking around in, requires certain elements to keep it going. For the most part, especially in the Western
Hemisphere, it is being deprived of certain nutriments and these nutriments are
being replaced with toxins that your body is having difficulty in removing. Your foods are laced with elements that do
not promote health. It would be best if
you were to Fast for a few days and drink plenty of Alkaline water. Drinking Alkaline water will help to remove
these toxins from your body, will help you to think and feel better. Your body will be able to heal itself far
more rapidly and your vision will improve.
Stay away from processed
foods, it is laced with chemicals that do not support the physical body. Eat Certified Organic Foods or Farm Fresh Foods
that have not been laced with chemicals; know your farmer and what he or she
grows and what process he or she uses.
It is also imperative that you have your Energy Centers/Chakras cleared

The Gift Of Love.
To invite the true meaning of love into your lives, means you would need
to invite an opening of the heart, mind, body and soul in unison. To do this you’d need to be in agreement with
aligning your Energy Fields, thoroughly.
This act alone will cause a cascading affect into alignment, alternating
how things or life is perceived. You
will begin to move more and more from your Heart Center, instead of your head (Thinking
your way through) and would be better equipped to feel your way through. To feel your way through each and every
situation, would require trusting your feelings. Your Feeling Center is equipped to bypass the
rhetoric, illusion and facade of what’s being sold/told to you. You will be able to feel the validity of what’s
being spoken and shown. You will either
feel something comforting, having the essence of truth or something feeling
disruptive and unsettling.
To feel your way through from your Heart Center with an
opened heart or at least with your Chakras/Energy Fields cleared enough, where
you can feel things on a vibratory level, you will be able to make your way
through unscathed and saving yourselves a lot of wasted time, energy and the
pitfalls that befall many. To comprise
the elements of listening to your cleared mind, body and soul/spirit, you will
be able to move forward far more smoothly and without or less fear or panic.
As a result of maintaining and
keeping your Energy Centers/Chakras cleared, you will astound yourselves with
clear feeling, thinking and having a most relaxed bio-rhythm; in other words, a
most relaxed mind, body and your spirit will jump for joy. To be stress free or experiencing less stress
in your lives on a daily basis is a wonderful, wonderful happening. With your Energy Centers cleared and in
alignment, moving more from the Heart Feeling Center and maintaining that
Higher Frequency, you will experience a wealth of joy and love in your lives. This may be challenging with what’s currently
surrounding your lives given your environment and circumstances. To this we say, “Hogwash!”; clear your Energy
Centers/Chakras and you will indeed be able to change your current circumstances,
affect your environment and live the life you dreamt for yourself; a more
peaceful, loving and joyful one.
